Bathroom: No solid product apart from toilet paper should be flushed at any time since these can clog the drainage system.

Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is anytime after 3pm and check-out by 10AM. If you need to check-in earlier or check-out later please check with us and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Damages: Please report any damages that occur during your stay.

Inspection: We reserve the right to enter and inspect the apartment anytime within reasonable hours, due to issues such as but not limited to maintenance and housekeeping. Guests will always be notified prior such visit/inspection. If the visit/inspection is necessary over the stay, we will do our best to avoid any inconvenience this might cause to the guest.

Lost & Found: Should you leave something behind, we will keep this for you and contact you. Please note that we use a third-party cleaning service.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours from 11pm to 8am: If excessive noise is reported, police will be called and a fine might be assessed.

No Smoking: Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The apartment is equipped with a fire/smoke alarm system for your protection. Smoking in the apartment will trigger the alarm.

The space
Eight Point Living BR6 is set on two floors. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. At ground floor level one finds a hallway and combined kitchen/Living area. A fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator, dishwasher, electric cooker, electric oven, kettle, and toaster. The Kitchen area provides a dining table with space for a laptop that's comfortable to work in. The living area consists of a sofa bed and a flat-screen Cable TV for entertainment.

A masonry staircase leads on to the first-floor level where you find the bedroom with stunning balcony views of 'The Grand Harbour'. The bedroom area is equipped with a double bed, air condition, ceiling fan, safe deposit box, hairdryer & iron.

Overall a very cosy apartment with high-quality finishings.

location: The apartment is central and minutes away from all Birgu attractions. A stone throw away from Fort St Angelo (200 meters) and just a couple of minutes away one can find the St. Lawrence’s Church (350 meters), Malta Maritime Museum (400 meters), Inquisitor’s Palace (450 meters), and Malta at War Museum (750 meters).

Accommodates 3 Guests: The apartment can accommodate 3 guests, consisting of a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. Please note that the sofa bed is ideal for medium-size adults and kids.

Additional notes
The apartment will be cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival. We will provide you with fresh bed linen and towels per stay. If you would like the apartment to be cleaned during your stay we can provide this service. Please note that the towels provided are not for beach use.

We will personally check you in and out of the property. If your plane lands after 5pm or for some reason we cannot be there in person we have an automated check-in process (secured entrance with keypad) that will allow you to self check-in (such details will be shared after booking takes place).

In the apartment, you will find a user manual guide. This manual contains information about the house and the area to help you enjoy your stay. You should find everything that you need, but if you have a question that isn’t covered in the manual, please do get in touch and let me know how I can assist you.

Neighborhood overview
Eight Point Living BR6 is located in Birgu, Malta.

Vittoriosa / Birgu is part of the 'Three Ancient Cities' dating back to the 15th Century, Birgu is actually the 2nd oldest city in Malta.

Fort St Angelo (200 meters) & The Inquisitor's Palace (450 meters) are two sites highly recommended for those who love history. The city consists of small and narrow streets.
Getting around
To visit Valletta (Capital City of Malta) we highly recommend crossing to Valletta by ferry 'Three Cities Ferry' through the historic Grand Harbour. The crossing takes 7 minutes providing a beautiful approach to Valletta. Ticket price: €2.00.

Transport from Malta International Airport (MIA) to Birgu either by taxi or bus:

Taxi service - Tickets can be purchased at a fixed rate (€18) from a booth in welcomers Hall. A regular taxi normally accommodates four persons, however, the number of suitcases being carried must also be taken into consideration with regard to the space required in the vehicle. Duration: 15 minutes

Bus Service - There is no direct bus to Birgu from MIA. You first need to catch the bus (X4) to arrive in Floriana and then catch another bus (2 or 4) to arrive in Birgu. Ticket price: €2.50 / Duration: 2 hours.
